jquery – Different Style For the Tab Your On Without Javascript?

The tabs on the top, whenever you are on the respective page that tab is highlighted on the top. Is this possible without Jquery/Javascript?

I thought thats what :active was for the longest time..

Oops…this is subjective isn\’t it.There are a lot of things regarding this here, but most are talking about \”tabs\”. I want a new page to be loaded.

and to make this not subjective, what is my error here?
